Investec had recently contracted with Southern Quality Painters for the painting of a 218,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Kmart, Vons, and Longs. Mr. Kennedy continually demonstrated his professionalism and commitment to our satisfaction in all phases of the job. During the bidding process, Mr. Kennedy was instrumental in working with paint vendors to develop the correct job specifications. Throughout the contract drafting stages, Mr. Kennedy was accurate, detailed, and prompt in contract revisions. During the various working stages, Mr. Kennedy was extremely competent in public relations, as he was successful in keeping our tenants open for business and happy at the same time (not easy). Most importantly, the job was finished ahead of schedule with excellent quality. Furthermore, Southern Quality Painters were very diligent in follow-up work once the job was completed. Although there were very few items requiring follow up, Mr. Kennedy was always available the very next day when needed.

Over the past four years, Southern Quality Painters has performed several painting jobs for us, all of which were completed on time, with excellent quality. However, it was on the larger job mentioned above where Southern Quality Painters demonstrated its true professionalism.
